3, With the rotating shaft hermetically filled with air, it can prevent all dust from compact.
4, With a structure of conical hopper tank, all material can be in uniform rotation.The tank is laid with an interlayer on the bottom, in which water cooling circulation system featuring higher thermostatic performance than air cooling system is furnished, which leads to improve the quality of particles.
Working Principle of rapid mixer granulator:
Blending wheel has three leaves with special shape, which is rotated with a certain speed driven by the gearing to make the material moving regularly. So it can mix the raw material efficiently. The mixed wet material is cut into even particles in a short time by the high speed rotary cutter The process of mixing, wetting and granulating go on automatically and continuously within ten minutes.
