  • Planned handling capacity of approx. 300 kg/h, matching the customer’s current order structure;

  • High-efficiency mixing element that combines powder tumbling and gentle shear to achieve good homogeneity in a short time;

  • Smooth internal wall and rounded transitions on the cylinder and end covers to minimize powder retention and build-up.

(2) All Stainless Steel, Food-Grade Construction

  • All product-contact parts are made from 304 stainless steel, with polished surfaces that meet food-contact requirements;

  • External surfaces are easy to wipe for daily hygiene and visually present well during audits;

  • Sealing and joints are optimized for powder applications, keeping dust escape during operation to a low level.

(3) Easy Operation & Fast Cleaning

  • The control panel retains only the essential functions: start, stop, discharge and emergency stop – clear and intuitive, with short operator training time;

  • Inspection ports and an openable top cover make it easy to access the mixing chamber for visual inspection and cleaning;

  • The discharge outlet and key parts are designed for quick removal, supporting both dry and wet cleaning procedures depending on the plant SOP, which significantly shortens cleaning and changeover time.
